Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Inolab, software for creating invoices, recording payments and tracking receivables, provided by PT. Inolab Teknologi Indonesia ("Inolab", "we") through inolab.id and app.inolab.id. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

1. The service

Inolab provides a web application for managing customers, invoices, payment records, reports and teams. Inolab does not receive, hold or transfer money from your customers. Your customers pay your business directly, and you record those payments in Inolab.

We may change, add or discontinue features. We will give notice before a change that removes features from a paid plan you are using.

2. Accounts and security

• Use accurate information and keep your password confidential. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• Business owners and admins decide who can access the business's data and in which role, and are responsible for the team members they invite.
• Tell us promptly at support@inolab.id if you suspect your account has been misused.

3. Your data

Data you enter into Inolab, including customer and invoice data, remains your business's property. You permit us to store and process it only as far as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you enter personal data about your customers or others, you are responsible for making sure you are entitled to process it under applicable law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

4. Prohibited use

• Creating fake invoices, committing fraud or any unlawful activity.
• Sending unsolicited or misleading email through the invoice sending feature.
• Trying to access another business's data, testing for security weaknesses without our written permission, or disrupting the service.
• Reselling the service or providing it to others without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Plans, prices and limits are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are in Rupiah.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for each period, monthly or yearly, through Midtrans or Xendit, and do not renew automatically. A subscription starts once the payment provider confirms the payment to us.
• We send a reminder before a period ends. If a renewal is not paid, plan features stay active during a grace period, after which your business moves to the Free plan. Data is not deleted because a subscription ends.
• When you change plans, the remaining value of the current period is turned into extra days on the new plan, not refunded as money.
• Price changes are announced before they apply and take effect from the next period.
• Confirmed payments are not refundable, except for billing errors such as a duplicate payment. Contact us at support@inolab.id; if the error is confirmed, the money is returned through the same payment provider.

6. Availability

We work to keep Inolab available at all times, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We do not promise a particular level of availability unless agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy of the invoices, taxes and reports you issue.

8. Leaving Inolab

You may stop at any time by cancelling your subscription; a paid plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Before you leave, you can download invoices as PDF and reports as CSV. To delete your account and business data, contact us at support@inolab.id.

We may end the service for accounts that break these Terms of Service, with prior notice where possible.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. We will announce important changes by email or in the app before they apply. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by deliberation; if no agreement is reached, by the competent courts in Indonesia. If the Indonesian version and a translation differ, the Indonesian version prevails.
