What Inolab does

Customers: Keep names, contacts, tax IDs and billing addresses. See each customer's invoiced total, payments and outstanding balance.
Invoices: Invoice numbers are generated and VAT is calculated for you. Issue an invoice, then email it with a PDF and your business's payment instructions.
Payments: Record the transfers, QRIS, cash or card payments you receive. Invoices change to partially paid or paid on their own.
Receivables: A receivables aging report per customer, from not yet due to over 90 days, and revenue by month. Both can be downloaded as CSV.
Expenses & profit: Record business expenses by category. See cash flow, a simple profit and loss, and a monthly recap of output and input VAT.
Team: Invite colleagues as owners, admins, managers, staff or members. Important actions are recorded in the activity log.
Security: Two-factor authentication, per-device sessions you can revoke, and each business's data kept separate from other businesses.

Is the Free plan really free?: Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. It allows 2 team members, 50 customers and 30 invoices a month.
How do I pay for a subscription?: Subscriptions are paid in advance per month or per year through Midtrans or Xendit: bank virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet or card. They do not renew automatically; we send a reminder 7 days before the period ends.
What happens when a subscription ends?: Plan features stay active for 7 days after the period ends. After that, your business moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
Who can see my business data?: Only the team members you invite, according to their role. Each business's data is kept separate from other businesses. Read the Privacy Policy
Is there a mobile app?: Android and iOS apps are being prepared. For now, Inolab is used in the browser, on a computer or a phone.
Can I use Inolab in English?: Yes. The app is available in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Invoices for customers stay in Bahasa Indonesia.
