Payment terms
- Prices in Rupiah. Payments go through Midtrans or Xendit: virtual account transfer, QRIS, e-wallet or card, depending on the methods available.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance per month or per year and do not renew automatically. We send a reminder 7 days before the period ends.
- If a renewal is not paid, plan features stay active for 7 days, then the business moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
- Change plans at any time. The remaining value of your current plan becomes extra days on the new one.
- A trial can be used once per business, starting from the Free plan.
Paid plans are chosen on the Subscription page after you sign in. Read the Terms of Service
