About Inolab
Inolab is software for running a small or medium business from one place: customers and prospects, quotes and invoices, the cashier and stock, a business website, and routine work that runs on its own. Inolab is built and operated by PT. Inolab Teknologi Indonesia.
What you do in Inolab
- Customers, prospects and sales opportunities, with their history and follow-ups.
- Quotes, invoices, recurring invoices and payment records, with automatic reminders.
- A cashier (POS) in the browser of a computer or phone, with stock per outlet, shifts and returns.
- A business website at its own inolab.id address, with a catalogue and forms that arrive as prospects.
- Automation: responses and follow-ups to prospects, reorder reminders and a weekly report.
- Financial reports, expenses, and an export of all business data at any time.
How we work
- Business data belongs to the business. The owner can export all of it at any time.
- The AI assistant only runs after the business owner agrees, and messages prepared by an agent are only sent after a person approves them.
- Automatic emails only go to people who contacted the business or agreed to reminders, with a link to stop in every email.
- Plan prices are listed openly. Plans whose modules are not ready are marked "Coming soon" and are not sold yet.
Languages and countries
Inolab is available in Bahasa Indonesia, English, Bahasa Melayu, Tiếng Việt, Filipino. Prices and documents can use the Rupiah, Malaysian ringgit, Vietnamese dong, Philippine peso and US dollar.
